( pierre hermes smth smth puff thing to be precise) on a day where we're not dazelike, and possess more patience.

BP people just have this chemistry, it just flows somehow. even when we are on diff channels (uncle hui & uncle heng speak in extremely fast bullet-train like mandarin that we have to sometimes playback in our heads slowly to comprehend. and they claim me and simmy converse in extremely fast english, which is entirely untrue.) we somehow compromise with some rojak and it just all slips into place like a jigsaw!

2. how the water in the streams and lakes are so clear you can see the rocks and pebbles made smooth by the long flowing water on the beds

5. BOOTS!! (singapore should be cooler, im becoming a boots convert!!)
6. H&M!
7. goodlooking people everywhere you turn, it's like taking a walk in an alternative world
8. cruising at 280km/h in a porsche down the autobahn, with the roar of the engine in your ears
9. pretty euro cars everywhere
10. intricate, to die for, timeless architecture and structures
11. long train rides watching the mountains and lakes and people and houses and and and...
12. how you can stand on a snow covered mountain and not feel cold with only one layer of clothes on because the sun has come out
13. talking to random people from other countries ( there was this algerian cook that has made a mongolian tent his home for the past 4months!)
14. me and my aunt laughing at my mum step on cow shit all the time
15. the best tiramisu i've ever eaten
16. the best gelato and pizza in milan
17. cheese everything
18. humungous supermarkets
19. how there's bubbly every night and it's always different and pleasant to drink (campari and rose from italy , countless reds and whites, german beers...)
20. the availability of schweppes bitter lemon

CLASS OUTING to JB

we celebrated everyone's birthday at the same time. the banana choc cake was good as usual. had lamb stew!! that's like the only thing i ever have at secret recipe, but then it's like the best. :)

i like the chandelier thing on the top and the red ceilings too!

They day was spent walking around shopping centres. my feet hurt so bad after, like how i felt when i was in attachment when i just joined nursing. somehow, there isnt much to buy in JB except for the food which was glorious due to the half price price (SGD conversion).

but the funniest happening of the day was when me and ellie were in the cab, we had to take the cab with only the 2 of us as the rest were piled into the other cabs coz apparently, malaysia traffic police is relatively stricter these days and won't allow for 5 passengers in the taxi. so we were on this high way thing and the cab was going at a speed that's faster than the normal speeds in singapore. The cab was little hence, it was kinda bouncing over the joints on the highway i spose. suddenly, i heard elliott going "hail mary... ... ..." her CHIJ prayer thing apparently. it was superbly hilarious! in words, it might not seem so. but if you knew her, and saw her face there and then, it would be stuck in your head of life! :)

i've realised that i only seem to be able to study in the morning. everytime i tell myself i'll study tonight, i'll just end up watching the OC, or doing some stupid thing that totally wastes my time, or playing the piano. So, i can only really concentrate in the morning after i had my breakfast and perhaps one episode of OC (yes, im addicted to seth cohen and summer :P)


after drawing the conclusion that i can only really study in the morning, another problem's encountered. it's almost impossible to drag yourself out of bed when you know there's still that so many hours before school. Thus, you'll just sleep those hours away, and studying won't be done. i've gota devise something productive considering the upcoming common tests!
