Andreas Thorkildsen does the javelin event! and he broke the olympic record and got a GOLD medal today! good looks, physique, talented, and just plainly hot! what more could a girl ask for. hehehe. arrrrrrr! i could go on all day, seems like olympics has more to it than sports itself!

on a totally different topic, i'm very glad i got to spend time with the people i love these few days before the beginning of attachments! you know who you guys are and you make me HAPPY! :)

i wish these few days of rest would stretch on forever, but attachments are inevitable i guess, SO i've decided to put on a new attitude towards it and look forward to it. i'm going to be very goal-orientated during my attachments and will only socialise with the attachment people only sufficiently to build rapport. i will also bring my own food to save money, and ban myself from online shopping. hopefully i won't get sick of my clothes too soon(which is highly difficult).

i will aim not to be like as shown in the above picture!

honestly, i couldn't think of anything i've ALREADY done, i attribute that to my STM, denial of my brain, or lack of creativity. So, since everyone's going to blog about what has already happened, i decided i'll do what MIGHT happen if our pact thing goes through.

assuming that it's 2years(minus) from now(2010), and somehow we're stuck in that pact of ours still. and somehow I really like genuinely like you.

and by then, i would've cooked for you already. so perhaps you could count that in , although i don't see how crazy that is..

well, i guess happy birthday singapore?
im not gonna wear red today. but i might wear white.

on a brighter note, im so proud of myself for running/walking 12 km this morning! it was to the treetop walk thing. and my dad so brilliantly parked at the carpark that was way far away, so it was 12km to the place and back. my sis and I went ahead of our parents and went all the way there and back. when we were back we went to the car to look for our parents hoping that they'll be there ( cz they'll most likely give up halfway and go back to the car - and the both of us didnt bring our hp with us) but they werent there. so we hung around the park sat on ant-conquered benches. FINALLY after what seemed like forever, we saw our parents near the car and waving madly at us. apparently they took a taxi back to where our car was, from a main road. me and sis were like WHAT you guys just woke us up freaking early in the morning, didnt want to bring us to eat breakfast then made us trek/jog 12km back and forth while you guys only did like less than half of our route. they take taxi back somemore.

and you can actually trek to bukit timah nature reserve from mac ritchie. like 7 or 8 km or something. maybe my sis and i should try that next time.

now my left foot has blisters and i reckon i won't be wearing shoes for awhile.

on a brighter note, when i decided not to go out and instead went to have lunch of teochew porridge with stef and chestnut - sidetrack, i love eating at these shophouses thing now, i've decided that chi chi cafes/places that make you pay much more than you should really pay are overated and that good food shouldnt make you shell out so much. - so i arrived home early.

upon opening the letter box, there was the big envelope that was containing my dress that caught my eye. then i went up the lift, and lo and behold, the postman was outside my house with a huge parcel. MY BAGS! :) hoho. so my online shopping came on the same day and i just love the feeling of when my stuff come. i hate the waiting.

so as a result to all my shopping, i have decided that i shall now fully and officially start and comply to the pact i made with stef,

I SHALL NOT ONLINE SHOP UNTIL AFTER ATTACHMENT AND PRCP ENDS.

oh, the dread. why did i make this pact? imagine spring end season sales. :(

i shall not think about it. i'll just be contented come september and all the shows will start! than i'll be a lifeless on attachment nurse and watch shows go to work,exercise, repeat. no online shopping= saving money! :)
